530 dollars isnt that expensive if its anything close to the iphone in terms of functionality. (and if that price translates to Euros as 370.339 EUR thats not unreasonable).
Would need a lot more info about its spec though, I havent read up about it at all at this stage. Also the fact that its "open" is a nice bonus. Saves messing about.

Twitter Lists Useful
The Twitter lists definitely help break it all down, although admittedly, I haven't got myself in gear to sort them out either, but will do soon.
In regards offending folks who are not on a list, you worry to much. Anyone getting on their high horse because you haven't included them in a twitter list needs a slap on the head and a reality check.
90k followers is no small amount and if it takes 10 seconds to add someone to a list it would effectively take you:
10 x 90000= 900000 seconds
900000 / 60 = 1500 minutes / 60= 25 hours
(I hope those add up, had a long and rather sleepless night)
That is 25 hours of constant list making (I'm being generous on the 10 seconds here, some people will take longer to list, you have to create the list, find the name, reboot the computer, answer the phone, make a cuppa, blagh blagh etc. etc.)
I an only imagine the amount of complaining that will be done if someone is "on the wrong list"... (ah the joys of being popular Chris :P)
Some folks take this far to personally.

Why we want Rage agasint the machine to be taken seriously as a potential Christmas number 1 by as many people as possible.
majority rules? it feels good?
or maybe its because more people will buy the single and realise that it is a serious "cry for help" against the injustices of having to listen to the usual musical drivel forced upon us year after year that is in actual fact someone else's already regurgitated crap that previously made a minute dent in the annuals of musical history and has long since been forgotten then flopped.
It has instead just been touched up and repainted with a new face and force feed to the population in the shape of an innocent young chap who's inadvertently being forced down the very same road as aforementioned song in order to make more money for the man while at the same time working diligently towards destroying any potential meaning or creativity in the world as its just "not current" enough.
Basically I think I'm saying, "lets be clear, we are not joking" I suppose, and the more people who know that (as many as possible) then the more that the message will have friction and the more likelihood that we might actually prevent this deluge of crap from continuing next year(the xfactor that is) by making them think about the reason "why" this i happening :)
But I'm just guessing.
